I've just upgraded my alternator to a 250a unit and the company have recommended running a 0 gauge wire from the alternator to the fuse box stud with an inline 250a fuse. I've relocated the battery previously to the rear and run a 0 gauge wire from trunk to fuse box with a 200a circuit breaker in the trunk..
